Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Made-to-Order Products

All our items are printed on demand. This means your product is created just for you once your order is placed. Because of this:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.


2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • You must provide clear photos showing the issue.
  • The product must be unused and unwashed.

3. Acceptable Cases for Refund/Replacement

We accept refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received (size, color, or design)
  • Defective print or damaged product
  • The package is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations in print placement or color
  • Orders delayed due to customs or shipping issues beyond our control

5. Return Shipping

If a return is requested and approved, we will provide the return address. Return shipping may be:

  • Covered by us if the issue is our fault
  • Covered by you if not

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
